NHBC Standards
They are fully experienced in the planning process, listed building applications, building control applications, NHBC standards, code for sustainable homes and scheme development standards.
From your initial idea to the last decorating finishes, they will guide you through the planning process, taking the stress out of your project!
They will come out and visit you, discuss your ideas with you and give some of their own. The planning process will be fully explained, and restrictions and costs relating to your proposed project will also be explained.
When they have produced the full technical drawings for you they will then pass them over to us, at which point we can create a detailed quotation. Throughout each project, we work closely together from start to finish to make sure each project runs on time and within budget!
